POLICIES AND AGREEMENT

All changes or cancellations to camp registrations must be completed BEFORE May 15th. All cancellations will be subject to a refund of up to the full price of the camp minus a $25 processing fee per camp. No cancellations or refunds will be issued for those camp registrations dated May 15th and following. Missed classes are non-refundable. Camp tuition cannot be transferred for private lessons or group classes.

I understand and agree to the cancellation and attendance policies.

I understand that any pictures or screenshots taken of me or my student may be used in the Serene Vocal Studio publications and waive the right for compensation for their use. I agree to have myself or my student photographed and recorded for promotional use on the Serene Vocal Studio Facebook page, Serene Vocal Studio Instagram, and/or on the blog/website.

I understand and agree to use of photos and/or videos for promotional use.

I understand and acknowledge certain inherent risks associated with my student's participation in the Serene Vocal Studio summer voice camps and voluntarily, willingly, and knowingly assume those risks and promise to hold harmless Serene Vocal Studio, Serene Parker, or anyone associated with the operation of this summer voice camp for any injury at this event.
